INJEFLOW & Moldex3D in Brazil

Advanced injection molding simulation to reduce risk and total project cost.

INJEFLOW distributes and uses Moldex3D to anticipate molding issues, optimize gate locations, runner systems and process parameters, delivering higher-quality plastic parts with lower warpage and more efficient production cycles.

Filling, packing, cooling, warpage and design optimization studies for automotive, appliances and more.

About INJEFLOW

Specialized in injection molding analysis and support for plastic part development, INJEFLOW (formerly Genesys Plastic) has been a Moldex3D distributor in Brazil for 10+ years. We work as a technical partner for OEMs, tier suppliers, tool shops and product designers.

With Moldex3D, we evaluate polymer behavior inside the mold from filling through packing and cooling. This enables early design/process adjustments and fewer try-outs, reducing time-to-market and development costs.

Our focus is engineering decisions backed by data: melt-front maps, weld lines/air traps, injection pressure, clamp force for machine sizing, cooling performance, cycle time and warpage root causes. When needed, we also support countermeasures and technical documentation.

Optimize wall thickness, ribs and reinforcements to reduce warpage without sacrificing stiffness.
Evaluate multiple gate/runner concepts and balance the feed system.
Dedicated studies for large automotive parts, spoilers, bumpers and panels.
Technical support for result interpretation and actionable countermeasures.
