Advanced plastic injection molding simulation to reduce project risk and cost.
INJEFLOW distributes and uses Moldex3D to anticipate molding issues, optimize gate locations, runner systems and process parameters, delivering high-quality plastic parts with lower warpage and more efficient production cycles.
About INJEFLOW
Specialized in injection molding analysis and support for the development of plastic components, INJEFLOW (the new name of Genesys Plastic) has also been the distributor in Brazil for the renowned Moldex3D software for 10 years. The company is led by experienced mechanical engineer Estevão Grivet Castelo Branco, graduated from FEI in 1987, with more than 30 years of experience in plastics processing and simulation in major automotive parts and appliance companies. INJEFLOW acts as a technical partner for OEMs, tier suppliers, tool shops and product designers. INJEFLOW is one of the companies of the FLOW Empresarial Ltda group. With Moldex3D technology, we evaluate polymer behavior inside the mold, from filling through packing and cooling. This makes it possible to anticipate design and process adjustments before try-out, reducing iterations, corrections and delays in industrialization schedules.
Our focus is to support engineering decisions with data: melt-front maps and the need for flow leaders, injection pressure, real clamp force for proper machine sizing, mold temperature and the need for additional cooling using cascades, cooler pins or optimized circuits.
Moldex3D Case Studies
Examples of filling and warpage simulation on real parts, showing how the analysis guides design and process improvements.
Specialized services
With Moldex3D and product engineering expertise, we provide services focused on performance improvement, risk reduction and support for tooling investment decisions.
Filling studies
Evaluation of gate locations, runner balancing, injection pressure, filling time and weld lines, identifying risks of short shots and molding defects.
Warpage analysis
Multi-axis deformation simulation considering volumetric shrinkage, fiber orientation and cooling conditions, with suggestions for geometric correction (counter-deformed geometry).
Design optimization
Recommendations for adjustments to thickness, ribs, reinforcements, insert positioning and internal chassis, aligned with injection molding process limitations.
Tool shop support
Direct support in defining the feed system, hot runners, ejectors and solutions to reduce maximum pressure and machine load.
Technical reports
Delivery of reports with images, result maps and objective conclusions for presentation to internal stakeholders and OEMs.
Workshops and training
Technical sessions for engineering and quality teams covering Moldex3D result interpretation and best design practices.
